these are just a few products that i can't live without. i love them all for different reasons. i have just recently discovered high beam by benefit makeup (2). i apply it to my cheekbones and under my eyebrows. it gives off an ever so slight beam and luminescent look. i already adore it and will be a future buyer for however long they decide to make it. 

thank god for the rain. we can cool down a little and hopefully see a change in all those fires popping up around the state. have a happy thursday!

good morning everyone..i keep telling myself i am going to cut costs and stop making so many starbucks runs and just brew my own. however this morning when i tried that, my coffee didn't taste as good as starbucks. personally i think i need to clean it. so until i find the time i guess i will just keep spending money on useless coffee ;). anyways...i can not begin to express my love for the rêve collection at maniamania..simply stunning. here are a few of my favorites from the collection.

rock on style

i am obsessed with the whole hard rock grunge yet chic look. some of my favorite style icons are...the fabulous kate moss, the amazing erin wasson, the stunning janis joplin, and the beautiful charlotte kemp muhl all four of them have flawless style. i took a few of my favorite pictures of things and made a rock fashion inspiration board. (if you have never made an inspiration board i highly recommend making one. you can make one to almost anything, decor for your home, getting in shape, your date night outfit.) anywhooo here is my inspiration board for everything you need to have a rocker chic outfit.

1. your favorite band or vintage tee. 2. biker or combat boots are a cute way to take an ordinary outfit to the next level. 3. as soon as you put on john lennon glasses you feel that much more stylish.
4. loose tousled hair gives you that sexy dont even try to be pretty look. 5. of course the "i dont give a shit about anything" look. 6. a good leather jacket. leather jackets can be found almost everywhere including here and here. 7. and of course a hot boy to latch onto. (ohh how i am smitten by the old 80's w. axl rose.)

ohhh how i love the look of lace! i picked up 13 yards of beau-tif-ul lace at the thrift store last week, and then i got to thinking how much i love lace. home decor, delicates, craft projects and more. lace is definitely the new black :)
