give me the green thumb..

this year i really want to try a small garden. since i live in a studio apartment the key word here is "small". i am going to start planning my layout and share my progress with you all. i am hoping to grow tomatoes and carrots and maybe a few herbs and spices. i really envy people who have a green thumb. here are a few pictures that sparked my inspiration to grow a small garden.
