first cut up all your veggies (i found it easier to cut up all my vegetables first and put them in bowls. this made the cooking process go so much easier and faster) i used red+green peppers, onion, garlic, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, sprouts, snap peas and shallots. yummy...(this is why the wok is good you can simply shake the pan and get an even grill)
(i used annie chun's pad thai noodles. tasted exactly like the restaurant) then put your noodles in your sauce.
after everything is cooked place into one pan, stir, heat up and enjoy with friends! i was lucky to have a date to share my din din with!
